At Co-Intelligence Labs, we helped develop an AI-driven simulation platform for testing high-stakes decisions in a leader’s own style​. Using a digital avatar trained on a CEO’s past speeches and communications, we could have multiple AI “clones” of that leader debate a tough issue – each clone emphasizing a different priority like ethics, profitability, vision, or risk​. This technique surfaced hidden insights and blind spots by essentially letting leaders hear their own reasoning argue with itself.

Our AI simulations provided a safe arena to explore ethical gray areas without real-world consequences​. By listening to these virtual debates, executives can sharpen their judgment and foresee the outcomes of strategic choices before making them. This project illustrates how AI can augment human foresight, helping leaders navigate complex dilemmas with greater confidence and integrity.
